Printing / copying / MFP devices may print different numbers of pages, and this volume may differ from the average toner consumption of such devices. For low workload devices you might want to generate a shipping alert when the cartridge reaches, for example 5% of remaining toner. Conversely, if the devices have higher printing duty cycles, and are more heavily loaded you may want to ship toner when the cartridge has 30 - 50% of the remaining toner level.

You decide / determine and set the level of toner to then initiate a delivery alert for those devices covered by 3EPrint. When the toner level of the device ‘hits’ the toner level you specified, 3EPRINT generates a delivery alert, the toner for that device is then automatically requested and then shipped.
